Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original BFORU receipt/invoice or gift receipt. All BFORU products must have all original packaging and components to be eligible for return or exchange.
Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. We do not accept returns of custom-made, engraved, or personalized items or Clearance items.
Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You should receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
The only option You have for returning/exchanging merchandise purchased online is by mail. All returns of online orders must be returned within 14 days from the day the order was shipped.
To return or exchange by mail, please follow these instructions:
1 – Complete the required information on the packing slip included with your package;
2 – Securely pack your merchandise, making sure to include all pages of the packing slip. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials;
3 – Affix the pre-addressed return label to your return package. Contact us via E-mail to obtain a return label by E-mail;
4 – For purchases made on bforu.net, mail your return package at any shipping company to schedule the pick up. Shipping costs are charged to the customer;
5 – The return request will be processed no later than 14 working days. If a change has been requested, the same payment method chosen for the original purchase will be used to refund the item and our Customer Service will contact the user to define a new order.
In the event that we receive a product in unacceptable conditions, we may be forced to refuse the return and return it to the sender by charging the shipping costs.
