Delivery
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Sunday and holidays. BFORU cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond its control.
Shipping
All products ordered on bforu.net can be shipped to Italy, Europe, the United States and Canada, the rest of the World.
You can track the order online at any time on the Track my Order page, all you have to do is provide your e-mail address and order number.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer and are clearly spelled out when paying for the order. Three shipping methods are available: standard, express and insured. Nothing more is owed by the customer than the total order.
Shipment can not be sent to mailboxes and post mail.
Multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. If you have chosen an expedited shipping method, each individual shipment may have a separate charge, but the total shipping charges for all shipments should not exceed the applicable flat-rate shipping charge for the entire order. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked on the Track my Order page under the same order number.
Upon delivery, the customer mast check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice and that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or strapping).
